There’s no online checkout or payment step. The new ordering process is intentionally built around personal confirmation from the Sommers team.

No. You don’t need to be home as long as we have clear delivery instructions and payment arrangements have been made.

Our new order form will also let you mark the exact dump location and leave notes for the driver.

A hard surface, such as a driveway, is usually the best option.

Our trucks are heavy and can cause ruts or damage when driven onto lawns or soft ground. Drivers will do their best to accommodate special requests, but we can’t guarantee that every requested dump location will be accessible.

When you submit your order request, you’ll be able to mark the desired dump location and leave additional instructions, such as:

• Behind the garage
• Left side of the driveway
• Inside the gate
• Next to the existing material pile

The location and notes will be provided to the front desk and delivery driver. 

Delivery fees depend on your location.

Yes, in some cases.

If both locations are nearby and you’re ordering the same type of mulch, Sommers can split the load between two drop sites. The current fee for an additional nearby drop is $15.

Because the truck does not have a divider, each portion of the load will be an estimate.

Yes. Sommers keeps records of previous mulch orders, so if you can’t remember what type or quantity you purchased, give us a call and we can help look it up.
